It has been an interesting year in the Luxury market in Lake Arrowhead. We saw a decline in activity, then a surge toward the end of the year. Hopefully that means things are looking up. According to California Association of Realtors’ market Recap 2011 is expected to be similar to 2010. One positive is aspect is all of the great deals out there. In years past there were no Lake Arrowhead Lakefronts under $1,000,000. Hopefully these great deals will encourage more buyers and we’ll soon be on the road to recovery.
